Early Years Lending Library
To request items from the lending library, please complete the following request form. Once you have completed the form, click on SUBMIT. You will receive an automated response from the Lending Library saying that your request has been submitted. The  DPK Quality Enhancement Coach that is working with your program will deliver the items to you on their next visit. They will also arrange to pick them up when you are finished with them. If you would prefer to pick up the materials at the Early Years Durham Office (1202 S Briggs Ave. Ste. 200 Durham 27703); please email christyf@childcareservices.org or lisaw@childcareservices.org to arrange a pick up date/time. EASY as 1, 2, 3!
