Achieving Whole Health (AWH) Wellness Program Participant Application (Fall 2022)
Thank you for your interest in the 2022 Fall cohort of NAAPIMHA's Achieving Whole Health Program: Balancing Mind, Body, Spirit (https://www.naapimha.org/achieving-whole-health). This interactive, online wellness program will be delivered in collaboration with Asian Women For Health (www.asianwomenforhealth.org) with the goal of providing a holistic framework for empowering members of the Asian American Pacific Islander community to take an active role in their emotional health and well-being.

As a program participant, you will learn about the process of person-centered planning and a culturally responsive approach to support your whole health goals. These goals may include behavior change to improve nutrition, exercise, and/or stress management.  You will also have the opportunity to gain important skills and insights from the collective experiences of a supportive AAPI peer group that will not only benefit your life, but also the lives of others.

We are seeking a diverse group of 8-10 women, who self-identify as Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and/or Pacific Islander to participate in our upcoming training sessions on Mondays, starting 10/17/2022, from 7:00pm to 8:30pm, for 8 consecutive weeks. This program is completely FREE for participants and sponsored by AWFH and NAAPIMHA.
