Diversity and Inclusion Week Self Defence Class
Monash Sport Peninsula will be hosting a 1.5 hour Self Defence Class for those of you wanting to learn more about self-protection and self-respect. Self Defence works on your balance, builds confidence and improves your street awareness.
The class will be run by WGKA Langwarrin Karate
When: Monday 7th October 4.30pm-6pm
Where: Building W, Level 2, Group Fitness Studio, Peninsula Campus
Places are limited to the first 20 people to book. You do not need to be a Monash Sport member to participate, all Monash students and staff are welcome to reserve a place.
