YAPA Kids Program Sign Up Request Form

Returnees:
Welcome to the official YAPA Kids Sign Up Page; this will be the only form where you will be signing up your child for our classes. In addition, we have decided to eliminate the limit regarding how many programs your child can take, meaning if you want, you can sign up your child for more than 5 programs. We recommend having your child take a maximum of 5 programs so that he/she will not be overwhelmed with the workload.

New Students:
Dear Parent, welcome to YAPA Kids! If you are interested in joining one of our exciting and enriching classes, which are aimed towards students grades 1 to 8 and free of charge, please fill out this form. You may sign up your child to as many class as you like, but please consider the time and effort your child will be expected to put in attending these classes. Also please make sure that the classes you want to sign your child up do not collide with the times of other classes you might sign up for.

Submitting this form does not immediately enter your student into a program that you selected, but when there is an available space, we will let you and your student know as soon as we can. Please remember that all class meetings are in Pacific Time (PT). More information can be found on our website at yapakids.org. When will I be able to begin classes?
Submitting this form does not immediately enter your student into a program that you selected, but when there is an available space, we will let you and your student know as soon as we can!

Depending on the space available and popularity of each program, students should be accepted into their signed-up program in 1-2 weeks. You will receive a confirmation email from each program when the student is formally accepted!
