Porterville Military Academy Event Request

Thank you for your interest in requesting our cadet to participation in your event. All event requests must be submitted through this official request form and are subject to administrative review and approval.

Please allow several business days for processing. Upon receipt and review of your completed request form, a representative will contact you by phone to verify event details, discuss logistics, and confirm availability.

Cadet participation is limited to approved community and public events. Porterville Military Academy does not participate in political, religious, private or funeral events.

Due to scheduled summer programming, winter break and training activities, cadets and staff are not available during the summer break or some holidays.

For events requiring extended or multi-hour participation, organizers must ensure appropriate accommodations, including rest periods and meal provisions, to support the health, safety, and performance of our cadets.
