Hope Notes Mission Statement:
The Hope Notes Team exists to share encouragement, care, and Christ’s love through handwritten cards. By celebrating joyful moments and supporting others in difficult seasons, we seek to strengthen connection, uplift hearts, and remind every person that they are seen, valued, and not alone.

Hope Notes Team – Volunteer Instructions
    How It Works

    ✅ Receive Your List
    You will be provided with a list of names, mailing addresses, and the type of card needed (birthday, get well, congratulations, etc.).

    ✅ Use Provided Materials
    All cards, stamps, and supplies will be provided. If you need materials, simply request a packet and it will be mailed to you.

    ✅  Write a Personal Message
    Take a moment to write a thoughtful and encouraging note. Even a few heartfelt words can bring comfort and joy.

    ✅ Sign the Card Properly
    Please sign each card using the following format:
    Your first name, last initial – Hope Notes Team
    (Example: Sarah B. – Hope Notes Team)

    ✅ Use the Correct Return Address
    Always use the church’s PO Box as the return address.
    Please do not use your personal home address.
    ✅  Pray
    Pray for the person you are writing to—that they would feel God’s presence, be strengthened in their spirit, and be reminded that they are deeply loved, seen, and never alone.

    ✅ Mail Promptly
    Please mail your completed cards in a timely manner so they arrive close to the intended occasion.
