1. ZERO TOLERANCE DRUGS, WEAPONS

Look, we're all adults and we want to give back and have fun at the same time. 

However, this is not the trip to TURN UP, so please consume alcohol and/or weed in moderation. 

Please do not travel with marijuana across country lines, we cannot help you if you get caught with contraband at customs.  Alcohol and marijuana are prohibited while teaching the youth.  

As for other drugs or weapons... There is zero tolerance for both, who really wants to go to jail in a foreign country?

2. NO SEXUAL ACTS WITH LOCALS

There are no loopholes or Bill Clinton definitions that are permitted.
Just in case you're unclear, here ya go:
No meeting locals to have any form of sexual relations while with Trade-Works 

3. WATER SAFTEY

Some Trade Trips will be near an ocean or large body of water. If you can't swim, just let us know so we can plan accordingly. The water may not be drinkable so if you are notified to not drink the water, please refrain.

4. GIFT GIVING

You are not allowed to give any monetary or physical gifts to anyone on a trip nor post a trip. We know, it sounds silly, but this is a huge safety precaution that we must adhere to. If you feel absolutely compelled to give, please speak with the team leader first so we can determine if it is a good idea or not.

5. RESPECT FOR OTHERS

Please respectful to everyone on the trip, the community we will be in, and their culture. Everyone is volunteering their time and deserves to be treated with respect.

6. PARTICIPATION

Participation is key! You will only get what you put into the trip. If you are present and come with a willing heart, we promise this trip can change your life.
