Call for Proposals: "Reimagining Our World Together" 
CONFERENCE DATE: Saturday, November 4, 2023
LOCATION: Lincoln High School, Portland, OR

The Oregon Council of Teachers of English (OCTE), the Oregon Council for the Social Studies (OCSS), and the Oregon State Literacy Association (OSLA) will join together this Fall for a special event. 

Penny Kittle will provide our keynote presentation, and that is only the beginning! This promises to be an outstanding conference, especially because of professionals like you who generously share their experience with others. 

We encourage you to submit a proposal. Please consider the theme "Reimagining Our World Together" when framing your proposal and the interdisciplinary opportunity this conference offers.

12:15 - Oregon Spirit Book Award/OSLA Awards/OCSS Teacher Award

12:45 – Lunch/Book Signing/Exhibits

1:45 – Concurrent Session 3

2:45 - 3:00 Closing Activities
