Interview Starter Questions
My name is Shane Hudson and I've been interviewing people who work on digital product teams for my site at https://interviews.shanehudson.net/

If you work on a digital product team in any capacity, it would be brilliant to do an interview with you. I begin the interviews by asking a set of starter questions, previously this would be done over DM or email but having it on a form like this should make it easier for everyone. Your answers can be as long or short as you would like.

The plan is to use your answers to these questions to get an idea of how your team works and then ask more specific questions directly afterwards. Once the interview is complete it will usually be anonymised (unless you specifically want it to be public), I will double check with you that you're happy with it and then it will be made public on the website.

All questions are optional, and if there is anything specific you would like to say that I haven't yet asked feel free to add your own questions in the extra details box.

This is completely optional, helps me keep track of who I've interviewed already etc. But it will not be public unless you specifically ask in Extra Details.

This is only ever used for contacting you about the interview, asking more questions if you said yes to the above one or letting you know when the interview has been published.
