We need some volunteers to help out with the 2017 After the Bridge Run Ride.  We are looking for people to help with: packet pick up, registration, parking, route, logistics, Support and Gear (SAG) driver, rest stops, set up, and tear down.  

All volunteers will get a free event t-shirt, a free post ride meal, some post ride music and the assurance that you have made a difference for human-powered transportation in the Lowcountry.

PACKET PICK UP DETAILS - There will be two packet pickup locations this year

TIME: Friday 11 am - 6pm

DATE: Saturday April 1st, 2017
TIME: Saturday 11 am - 4pm

WHAT: Check in riders via registration website,  make and hand out goody bags,

ROUTE MARKING DETAILS
DATE: March 19th & March 26th.  (Other Dates TBD)
TIME: 8am - about 4 hours of marking roads with paint
WHERE: Meet at Sewee Outpost
WHAT: paint arrows on the pavement to mark the route.  Must have car.  Will be using spray paint.

PARKING, PRE-RIDE REGISTRATION, REST STOPS, LOGISTICS, SAG VEHICLE DRIVER
DATE: April 2nd
TIME: Pre-ride registration 6am - 8 or 9 am, Parking 6 am - 8 am, Logistics 6am - 4pm, Rest Stops 7:30 am - 3 pm
WHERE: Sewee Outpost
WHAT: Pre-ride registration: Sign up day of riders, hand out packets to day of packet pickups. Parking: help park cars and guide people to parking. Logistics: help deliver supplies to the rest stops, help set up/tear down rest stops.  Rest Stops: man tent/table and hand out refreshments to riders. SAG drivers: must have vehicle with bike rack that carries 3 or 4 bikes and can transport same number of riders. SAG drivers patrol the route and help riders in distress - injuries, mechanical issues, fatigue and get them back to ride start/start stop.
