TG - RMA Request Form

If you need an RMA please fill out the below form & we will respond within 2-4 business days.

Important Notice:

1: We are not a mobile phone manufacturer, we provide our own 60 day RMA policy as a courtesy to our customers.

2: RMA request's will only be approved for phones within 60 days of delivery.

3: A $25 processing fee per handset will be applied if:

Item is sent to us without approval and RMA number.
Item is returned as faulty but found to be in full working condition, or damaged by customer.
Item is returned without a proper description of fault or issue.

4: All cell phones must be returned with all original accessories & packaging, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to phones missing items.

5: Faulty cell phones will be exchanged for the same model, If no longer available we will exchange for a similar item.

6: Returned items must have an RMA # marked clearly on the external shipping package. The customer assumes responsibility for the package until it is signed for at our location.

7: Buyers are responsible for ensuring cell phone compatibility with their desired network provider & 2G / 3G / 4G / LTE frequency before placing an order.

8: Once we receive your RMA, it will take 7-14 days to be processed.
