Napavine School District Summer 2020 Survey to Community
We are working hard to make sure that the 2020-2021 school year is safe and productive. In order to best serve the community, we ask that you fill out this survey.
One of the purposes of this survey is to identify the needs of our students as related to home internet. After the 2019-2020 school year's forced closure of school and subsequent transition to continuous learning, the District is looking at the possibility of future online schooling.
Please fill out this survey only once per household. If multiple students are within the same household, this survey only needs to be filled once.

For Kindergarten through 3rd grade, we are considering two models for returning to school in the Fall: a split/rotating schedule or a full return to the classroom. If you have children in grades K-3, which of the models is best for your family?
K-3 attending school four days per week (Monday - Thursday).
K-3 attending school split/rotating schedule (Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday) with older siblings.
I do not have children who will be attending grades K-3.
