Greetings!
PACU, through the Committee on Institutional Quality Improvement, will conduct a Leadership and Management Perspectives in Higher Education (LAMP) Summit on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm at Our Lady of Fatima University, McArthur Highway, Valenzuela City. The theme is "Redesigning Education Through AI Integration."
PACU’s LAMP Summit is designed as a space for higher education leaders, academicians, and learning practitioners to come together to surface challenges, connections, and strategic collaborations among private higher education leaders in the country. The LAMP Summit is a fora where school leaders can share stories and best practices about quality management. Unlike a typical seminar or webinar, which is heavy on lectures, the LAMP Summit is designed to be participatory, interactive, and features thought leaders, participated by thought leaders.
Objectives: The Summit aims to help institutions collaborate, stay informed, and implement sound, quality-assured policies and practices in the following areas:
Curriculum development and enhancement to embed AI literacy and data-driven thinking across disciplines;
Institutional Quality Improvement using AI tools to enhance efficiency, analytics, and service quality;
Competitiveness and Institutional readiness by understanding new trends, technologies, and teaching approaches that keep education relevant, innovative and quality assured;
Inclusive perspectives by integrating the insights of administrators, faculty, staff, and students to ensure that AI integration supports every dimension of teaching, learning, and institutional life.
Expected participants: College and University Presidents, Academic Heads, Deans, Faculty, and other School Administrators.
