REFRESH versus REMODEL

If you're looking to update your space without changes to the major components of your space, a REFRESH, is best suited for you. 

Examples of a refresh are:
  • Updating kitchen countertops, backsplash and plumbing while keeping the existing cabinetry.  
  • Updating bathroom vanity, flooring, and mirror while keeping the shower/tub area intact. 
If you're looking to redesign your space changing all major components of your space, a REMODEL, is best suited for you. 

Examples of a remodel are: 
  • Removing all components of a kitchen with or without changing the existing footprint. 
  • Removing all components of a bathroom with or without changing the existing footprint.
