1719 - 1725 West Chicago Potential restaurant proposes to rezone existing space, to construct a general restaurant (restaurant with incidental on-site consumption). On-site consumption license is for brunch and lunch service, hours are expected to cease at 3PM.
1600 West Chicago Property owner and existing restaurant proposes to rezone existing space, to rescind incidental liquor license and establish a tavern and public place of amusement license (internal DJs only, no events or promoters to be booked). Service hours are expected to expand from 5pm - 10pm (existing at Porto) to 4pm - 2am.
