Anonymous Bullying/Safety Report

See Something, Say Something.
If you notice something that could impact someone’s physical or emotional safety, please speak up.

This form allows students, staff, and community members to anonymously report concerns related to bullying, threats, self-harm, harassment, discrimination, or any behavior that makes someone feel unsafe—emotionally or physically.

🔹 What is bullying?
Bullying is when someone repeatedly hurts, threatens, or embarrasses another person on purpose. It can be physical (hitting or pushing), verbal (name-calling or threats), social (leaving someone out or spreading rumors), or digital (through phones or online). Bullying is never okay, and reporting it helps protect everyone.

All reports are reviewed by school leadership and will be handled with care and discretion.

🚨 If this is an emergency or someone is in immediate danger, please call 911.
