Anderson School District Five:                   2026-2027  PreK4 Screening Appointment Portal- Wait List- West Market 

Anderson School District Five provides a great start for our youngest learners! Our programs are a full-day learning experience following the regular arrival and dismissal times of the district's schools during the academic year.

Families interested in applying for our PreK4 program must request a screening appointment. Information collected  through this portal will be used to determine your child's eligibility to participate in our prekindergarten programs. West Market is the only school that has availability.


Information required to request an appointment: 
- Child's date of birth
- Child's Medicaid number (if applicable)
- Number of persons in family or household
- Income range of family
- Residence address

Families will receive an email within two weeks of their request that will contain the following information: screening appointment date and time, screening appointment location, and required documents to bring to appointment.
