NEW Category! Pets! We're bringing our pets to the parade this year! Dress up your pets in their best outfits and enter the parade line-up for a chance to win. The parade route is approximately 1.5 miles. Owners and their pets may walk the route, decorate a wagon, stroller, or bicycle, or use a motorized float (vehicle, ATV, UTV, trailer).
There will be two pet categories: Best Lion and General Costumes. Dress your furry friend up like a LION! Or just dress them up in any costume you love! We look forward to seeing you and your adorable pets there!
All dogs must have current rabies vaccination. All animals must be on a leash and under the control of their handler at all times. Leashes are required and may not exceed 6 feet in length. Female dogs in any state of heat may not participate. Dogs or people who behavior is unruly or may prove harmful to participants, other dogs, or spectators will be asked to leave. Participants must clean up after their pets. All participants must sign a waiver and rules form at the registration table.
Candy: Due to safety concerns - any entry that disperses candy must have "advance walkers."
Political Parties: $25 donation fee for street cleanup from pamphlets
Horse units: Please have a copy of your Coggins Test results for each horse ready to hand in at registration.
