IEHP Mentorship Program - Mentor Recruitment

The Internationally Educated Healthcare Professionals (IEHPs) project, a collaboration between the PEGASUS Institute and Canadian Medical Foundation (CMF), seeks to address challenges for IEHPs integrating into Canada's healthcare system. Bridging the skill gaps, we aim for a diverse workforce where refugee/forcibly displaced IEHPs excel, enhancing patient care nationwide.

Join our Mentoring Partnership Program, dedicated to supporting IEHPs as mentees and harnessing their valuable international experience. As a mentor, you'll share industry expertise, guide mentees in the job search process, and help them establish professional networks. Together, we'll enhance the integration of IEHPs, foster a supportive environment, and facilitate knowledge exchange to maximize skills utilization in the healthcare sector.
