Lesson fees are prepaid and nonrefundable.
Lessons can be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. This will be done with a Calendly link, which will be provided.
Cancellation means that less than 24 hours notice was given, and the lesson time is forfeited.
Virtual lessons are an option, if it would prevent a cancellation or reschedule.
Students are expected to arrive prepared and ready to "do the work."
Monthly payments are processed automatically via My Music Staff
Lesson plans are distributed over the period of a 5 month semester by default but can be rearranged. (For example, if you need extra lessons to prepare for an audition, you can use some of your lessons to have more than one lesson in a week.)
Additional lessons may be purchased. (i.e.: 8 lessons are purchased, and more lessons are needed)
Once this form is submitted, an invoice will be created and sent for payment. When payment is received, lessons will be scheduled.
Policies and contracts aren't fun, but voice lessons are. Let's sing!
