Washington Bike, Walk, Roll Summit 2026: Submit your Summit Presentation Proposals 
Are you working on a project, tool, or idea that improves safety and mobility for people who bike, walk, and roll? We are now accepting proposals for presentation at the 2026 Summit, held in-person in Wenatchee, WA from April 1-3, 2026. 

Proposal Format
This year's Summit theme is Designing the Future We Want. We are seeking innovative, action-oriented proposals that align with this theme for presentations, panels, (mobile) workshops, and other learning forums for presentation during the two-day Summit. Sessions will be approximately 1 hour long. 

We encourage proposals that facilitate engaging summit attendees in different ways to share information, learn from each other, and come away with new ideas. Liberating Structures is one resource aimed at breaking away from standard presentation methods, but any facilitation method you prefer is welcomed. 

Submission Logistics 
Only complete proposals will be considered for acceptance, and final presentations must include accessible formats of information, i.e. descriptions of visual content, easily readable fonts, and high contrast colors. If we receive multiple proposals on the same topic, we reserve the right to merge proposals into joint sessions.
