Schedule Change Request Form
You may submit change requests on this form via email to your counselor from August 6th to August 21st. We will attempt to make your requested change and if we are able to do so, you will see it reflected on your schedule. If a schedule change is not possible, you will have to follow your existing schedule.

You may drop classes up to August 27th provided you maintain the required number of classes.

Class changes to be with friends, to select a specific teacher, or to arrange an easier schedule academically will not be approved. To maintain the integrity of the master schedule, we can move students from a larger class into a smaller class but NOT the other way.

Allowable Schedule Changes:
1. A student needs a specific class to graduate or as a prerequisite.
2. The student is in the wrong level class or in a class without the proper prerequisite.
3. The student’s schedule is incomplete.
