The following form is requested to be filled out if you are entering a homebrew competition as a representative of the Bay Area Mashtronauts. The purpose of the data collected is to share entry counts to improve competition strategy as a club. It will also be used to monitor how active our members are in a competitive role. Not everyone wins a medal, but all entries assist our club in recognition and exposure, so this form helps us identify more than just those that make the podium.
