A planned absence involving TWO OR MORE days or a college visit must be approved by the assistant principal who will determine whether or not the absence is excused. THIS GOOGLE FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT BY THE PARENT/GUARDIAN AT LEAST ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE ABSENCE.

It is the student's responsibility to connect with her teachers and she is responsible for all work upon her return to school. Please make sure that you are SOCIAL DISTANCING AND WEARING A MASK when you are absent.
