Follow-up Dual Regulation Questions
By filling out this survey you will be providing key evidence to the Government on the effects of a dual regulatory regime in North Ireland as part of the UK’s internal market. We will use the findings of this survey to assess the feasibility of implementing dual regulations.

You are providing essential information that helps Defra, other government departments and their Ministers make informed decisions on trade between GB and NI and the delivery of the NI Protocol. Where appropriate, this information may be shared with other Government departments and, as part of negotiations, with the EU. Negotiations with the EU are confidential and the information you provide will therefore not be made public.
We appreciate that some of this information may be commercially sensitive, and we will manage this information accordingly. Your data will be analysed and securely stored within Defra’s NI Directorate and only shared at an aggregate or anonymised level, ensuring that data providers and their organisations are not identifiable.
