The Total Woman is a 6-month fully immersive 1:1 program for Highly Sensitive Women who want to love themselves fully so that they have healthier, deeper, more fulfilling relationships.

Relationships are a very touchy area for HSPs as we tend to have a hard time separating ourselves from others and can become consumed with the feelings and needs of those around us.

I designed this course through the lens of improving our relationships as I believe it is our hardest hill to conquer. Once you’ve done this work, everything else you encounter will become that much easier.

This program covers 3 distinct phases:

𝗣𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀: What internalized truths about yourself have gotten you to where you are today and how do they keep you from becoming the woman you most want to become.

𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲: How does relating to other people keep you from loving and living as your most authentic self.

𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲: How do you limit the amount of goodness and joy you allow yourself to experience due to believing your deep, intense emotions and desires are “bad” or “wrong.”

• 12 x Guided video and audio lessons (4 lessons per phase)
