Term & Conditions
1. Cash Option Terms: Full payment should be done within 30 days from the date of booking. In the event that full payment is not received within the stipulated period or the purchaser opts to terminate the transaction before completion for whatever reason, the Company will be at liberty to resell the property without any reference or notice to the purchaser and subsequently deduct 20% of the money paid being administrative cost.

2. Installment Option Terms:In default of any one installment on due date, Username Investment Limited shall issue a twenty-one (21) days’ notice to regularize payments and if at the expiry of the notice the Purchaser is still unable to pay, the Company will be at liberty to resell the property without any reference or notice to the purchaser and subsequently deduct 20% of the money paid being administrative cost.

3. Refund Terms: The Company will require the purchaser to make a formal refund request by filling in a client refund form. 20% of the money paid will be deducted being administrative cost.

4. Title Deed: The above mentioned prices are inclusive of legal fees, stamp duty and other related costs that may be incurred in the process of transferring the Title from the Vendor’s name to Purchaser’s preferred name. The Title deed will be transferred within 6-10 months after full payment is made and completion documents signed.
