Booking Process + Minimums:
After submitting this form, we will email you to confirm availability and quote you a minimum spend based on variables such as your event location, hours of service requested to operate etc. (Please allow up to 7 days for a response).
A food truck minimum is an agreement between an event host and a food truck that the truck will make at least a certain amount of money while on-site. Should the food truck fall under that amount, the event host will compensate the difference.
Please understand food minimums are in place to protect everyone involved. They insure you, the client, have proper service and quantities prepared for your event, while also protecting food truck owners from the risk of losing the overhead costs including food, labor, prep time that it takes to show up for your event.
There is no pressure to book, and we can discuss any follow-up questions you have in the email.
Menu + Pricing:
We have an assortment of 50 cupcake flavors that rotate throughout the year, including vegan & gluten-free options + PUPcakes if the event is dog friendly, and an assortment of bottled beverages. We can let you know what flavors will be in the rotation for the date of your event.
Individual: $4
Pick 4 pack: $15
Half dozen variety: $20
Full dozen variety: $35
PUPcakes: $3
Vegan/gluten-free: $4

Food Truck Info + Licensing:
Our food truck is full service and we take care of setting up before the event and clean up after the event. Everything such as to-go containers, forks, napkins etc. is included. We carry our own generator and do not require water or electric hook up. The truck is 10x25 in size. We are fully licensed, insured, and health + fire inspected. We can provide proof of documentation at your request.
Our truck is registered in Akron (Summit County). The inspections and licensing we provide are compliant with the standards set by state ordinances that cross county lines, but not state lines including, but not limited to: The Ohio Department of Public Safety, The Ohio Department of Health, The Ohio Department of Agriculture, etc. If you require an additional inspection by your local jurisdiction we are happy to show up 30-60 minutes early and have an inspection beforehand, but that is something pursuant to your personal event specifically and would need to be arranged and paid for (if applicable) by your event organization. Please understand we do not make separate appointments to obtain additional licensing you require unless your event organization is willing to compensate the additional time, mileage, and additional fees associated with this personal compliance request.
