The first four Cor Jesu meetings are an opportunity for you and your family to experience Cor Jesu at no cost and with no commitment to continue.

There are two separate registrations:

1. Sacred Heart Parish Registration 

Please complete this registration form if you plan to attend the Cor Jesu meetings. This allows Sacred Heart Parish to collect the information needed for participation in our local Cor Jesu meetings.

Completing this form does not require you to become a member of the national organization or pay a membership fee.

Fathers and sons (6th grade and up) may attend together, but each person must register individually.

2. National Fraternus Registration (Cor Jesu is a chapter of Fraternus)

Cor Jesu is a chapter of Fraternus.

After attending the first four meetings, if you decide that you would like to continue as a member of Cor Jesu, you will then complete a separate registration and pay the applicable membership fee through the national organization. A link to the national organization’s registration page is provided at the end of this form.

For now, please be sure to complete the Sacred Heart Parish registration form so we have the information needed for everyone who is interested in or plans to participate. Completing the national registration is optional until you are ready to commit to membership.
