Farm Tours of the San Juans - Host Sign-Up 2025
The 2025 Farm Tours of the San Juans are coming up, and we’d love for you to be a part of it! Here are three steps you can take to help us make this the best Farm Tours yet:

1. Mark your calendars:
  • San Juan Island: September 26- 28
  • Orcas Island: October 3- 5
  • Lopez Island: October 10- 12
2. Decide how you'll get involved. No matter how you choose to participate, Farm Tours are a fantastic way to showcase your farm, boost sales, and connect with fellow farmers. Participation options include
  • Open your farm to visitors during certain hours throughout the weekend
  • Hosting a workshop, demo, or special tour
  • Attend Farm Tour events
  • No Farm? No problem! We welcome pop-up vendors and volunteers.
3. Complete the survey below to let us know you’re interested in participating! We’d appreciate hearing from you by Monday, June 30. 

If you have any issues completing the form, please email Julie@sjicd.org with your info (address, email, phone), and a brief description of any events you would like to host.

PLEASE NOTE: We really appreciate early sign-ups! Even if you don’t have all the details yet, signing up early helps us immensely as we prepare marketing materials. You’ll have the opportunity to fill in the details later—so if you know you'll be participating, please sign up as soon as you can, with as much detail as you can provide.

The Department of Health will be reviewing Farm Tour brochures to ensure all events are compliant with all necessary regulations. This includes permits for serving food and alcohol. We can cover the cost of a banquet permit or single service permit, but if you require additional permitting, are you prepared to obtain those required permits?
