Please complete the registration form below to reserve your child's spot in their selected class. Registration is not complete until the $25 Annual Family Registration Fee has been paid. An invoice will be emailed to you after submitting this form.

Before You Begin

  • Please complete a separate registration form for each child. The Annual Family Registration Fee is charged only once per family, regardless of the number of children enrolled.

  • Be prepared to provide emergency contact information and any relevant medical information for your child.

  • Enrollment is first-come, first-served, and class placement is not guaranteed until registration is complete and all required fees have been paid.

  • Don't forget to ask about discounts! We offer sibling discounts and discounts for students enrolled in multiple classes—and yes, Mom's classes count too!

Tuition & Attendance Policies
  • Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month.

  • A $10 late fee will be added to accounts not paid by the 5th of the month.

  • If tuition remains unpaid after the 15th of the month, your child's enrollment may be suspended until the account balance is brought current.

  • Tuition reserves your child's spot in class and is not based on attendance.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes.

  • Students may schedule one makeup class per month, based on availability and with advance notice.

  • The Flip Spot Gym follows the Hamilton County school calendar. Tuition remains the same regardless of holidays, planned closures, or the number of class meetings in a given month.

  • If The Flip Spot Gym must close due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, each enrolled student will receive one bonus makeup class. This bonus makeup class must be scheduled in advance and used before the end of the school year, subject to class availability.

  • At The Flip Spot, we love celebrating with our students! Throughout the year, we celebrate many holidays and special events with themed activities, small gifts, treats, and fun surprises. We also host two end-of-semester celebrations/showcases for families to enjoy and celebrate their child's accomplishments. Your consistent tuition helps make these special experiences possible and allows us to create a fun, encouraging environment for every child.

  • If you need to withdraw your child from classes, please submit a Drop Form at least 15 days before the first day of the following month. This helps us plan class sizes and staffing. Tuition will continue to be charged until the Drop Form is received and the required notice period has been met.

2026–2027 School Year Calendar & Holiday Schedule

Our 2026–2027 School Year Session runs from August 10, 2026, through May 21, 2027.

Throughout the school year, The Flip Spot will observe the following holiday breaks:

  • Fall Break: October 12–15, 2026
  • Thanksgiving Break: November 25–27, 2026
  • Winter Break: December 20, 2026 – January 1, 2027
  • Spring Break: March 22–26, 2027

Semester Showcases

We celebrate our students' hard work with two end-of-semester showcases:

  • Winter Showcase: Saturday, December 19, 2026
  • Spring Showcase: Saturday, May 22, 2027

Showcase times will be announced approximately 6 weeks in advance so families can plan ahead.

We understand that Saturday schedules don't work for every family. If you are unable to attend the Saturday showcase, we invite your family and friends to join us during your child's final class of the semester, where we will reserve the last 20 minutes of class for a special in-class celebration and demonstration of the skills your child has learned.
