Elevated Coffee&Tea at 1251 State Street #700. Richardson, TX 75082  is hiring for reliable individuals to bring positive vibes to our team.
We are seeking candidates who are critical thinkers, energetic, self-motivated, and has mad love for delicious coffee and boba. The ideal candidate must be passionate about the food/beverage industry, enjoy working with people and prioritize health codes and regulations. Our valuable team-members will play a key role in providing excellent customer service along with high quality food and beverages.

Compensation: Starting training is $8 per hour. Upon completion of training, you will be compensated $9 per hour +tips (averaging up to $24's per hour)

General Responsibilities and Duties:
* Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages and add-ons options like foams, bobas and custards.
* Prioritize and follow health and safety guidelines
* Maintain clean and sanitized work areas,
* Comprehensive housekeeping duties includes deep cleaning the whole store- sinks, floor, restrooms and all other areas as needed.
* Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items
* Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
* Contribute to and promote a positive team environment
* Input customer orders and collect payments
* Redeem points and coupons if applied
* Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones
* Keep reports of transactions
* Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets * Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
* Keep track of inventory items * Opening/Closing Shop
