Medals are offered at the following levels: Children/Introductory - Pewter. Novice - Bronze. Intermediate - Silver. Advanced - Gold. Masters - Platinum.
Scores are earned at any Confederation- licensed show.
Eligible scores are derived from the average percentage of a rider's Dressage and Ease of Handling scores from the same judge at a single competition.
A total of six scores are required: Three scores at 60% or higher. Three scores at 64% or higher, one of which must be earned under an "R" or "S" judge.
Scores from a minimum of two judges are required. Three scores must be obtained under a "R" or "S" judge.
A maximum of two scores per show per level are allowed.
Scores must be obtained from a minimum of four shows.
Novice riders must have at least three scores from Novice B (L3) for a Bronze medal.
Intermediate riders must have at least three scores from Intermediate B (L5) for a Silver medal.
Riders must have completed all applicable trials, for their level, at a given competition, without a disqualification/elimination for the scores to be eligible.
An application for the Medals Program may be submitted when all score requirements have been met. Scores will be verified with the database of show results.
