This form is for students who are seeking to be discipled in their walk with Jesus. 

We believe that every follower of Jesus is called to be a disciple-maker. Our student ministry is designed at every level to help facilitate this mission. Whether you are an adult or a student within our ministry,  we want you to be discipled and we want you to be discipling others!

The individuals listed below are our Sunday School Teacher Team. Other individuals are available and can be listed in the "other" option. There is no guarantee these individuals will be available, as their discipleship load may be full, regardless, we screen all of our "disciplers" and we can guarantee they are passionate and have a love for the Lord and for students. 

Next to each person is their Sunday School Small Group that they lead. These individuals are not limited to discipleship within their Sunday School age group. For example, a high school Sunday School teacher can disciple a junior high student or vice versa. 

Discipleship groups will be gender specific- men with men, women with women.

Older students can also disciple a younger student! Requirements for this are that the older student must also be currently being discipled by an adult leader.
