Exercise and Falls Prevention Classes for Older Adults

Location: 80 Mill Street, 2nd Floor or 39 Parliament Street, 11th Floor
Classes involve a gentle, full-body routine combining aerobic movement, stretching, strength training, balance with both seated and standing segments — and plenty of good-humoured fun.
Exercise class participants use small weights and therapy bands. Falls prevention classes do not use weights or bands.
