Empowering Inclusive Collaborations & Initiatives
- Mapping best practices around collaboratively working on inclusion-oriented projects from start to finish. Including: how to identify needs of the intended audience, how to build intersectional content, & how to evaluate the success of shared initiatives.
Auditing Existing Systems for Inclusion Gaps
- Encouraging participants to assess existing operational practices and/or sustainability documents to identify gaps and create an action plan for addressing them.
Affirming Identity in the Workplace
- How do DEIB themes and best practices factor into everyday life within a given workplace? Participants will better understand how to appropriately affirm colleagues within professional spaces and productively challenge systems of power therein.
Action Planning Through Everyday Scenarios - Looking to jump right into action planning? This session asks participants to apply theory to real-world scenarios in order to best understand how to address and minimize harm within professional and academic spaces.
