While specific details and topics will be discussed and depend on your needs, You Gotta Give 'Em Torah offerings mostly involve the following*:

Fat liberation through a Jewish lens
Spiritual support

Rabbi Eliana offers one on one spiritual support** and learning sessions, small group sessions and workshops (2-9 people), full group sessions and workshops (10-25 people), and large group sessions and workshops (26+ people).
Groups for 50+ people are available, but there will be a second facilitator brought in to assist.

Cost will depend on type, subject, and time of our work together. Sliding scale is available.
