The Standards of Engagement
Proposal Validity: Your tailored proposal remains valid for 10 days from the date of issuance. Beyond this window, specialized material availability and current studio rates may require a revised assessment.
Creative Insight: We invite you to share the depth of your vision. The more detail you provide—the aesthetic mood, color palettes, venue architecture, or symbolic motifs—the more precisely we can align our artistry with your narrative.
The Activation Process: Upon submission, our studio will review your details and provide a comprehensive quote. To secure your priority placement on our production calendar, a signed Master Service Agreement and a 50% retainer are required to activate your commission.

How Many Invitations Do You Need? *

To ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and dedicated studio focus, a minimum order of 50 invitation suites is required for all custom commissions.

We highly recommend adding 10–15 additional suites to your final count. In our professional experience, these extra invitations are invaluable for:
Last-Minute Additions: Accommodating guest list updates without the stress of a timeline delay.
Professional Photography: Providing your photographer with a pristine, un-mailed suite for your heirloom album and high-end flat-lay captures.

All invitations are produced in a single, calibrated production run. Any orders placed after the initial production is complete are treated as a brand-new commission.

Because of the time-intensive process of resetting architectural laser equipment and re-calibrating premium materials for specialized inks, small-batch reruns are significantly more expensive per unit. Providing an accurate final count at the time of your Service Agreement allows us to:
