Application form for swapping STIPS tokens

Use this form to exchange your EOS tokens into STIPS BEP-2 (Binance Chain).
The token exchange campaign will last until August 1, 2019.
All applications will be considered at the end of the campaign from August 2 and will be satisfied within 2 weeks.

User Guide for swapping your tokens:
1. Transfer your current STIPS tokens to the wallet: stteamtoken1 (fill out memo: swap)
2. Save TXID code of transfer.
3. Create a new wallet on Binance Chain (https://www.binance.vision/tutorials/binance-dex-creating-a-wallet).
4. Fill out an application form below.
