The 3by100 Life was built for women carrying the relentless weight of everything. Women balancing children, relationships, family, work, and community, while often losing themselves somewhere in the process. Women who crave purpose, connection, and personal growth, but feel overwhelmed by the chaos and demands of daily life. Women who are tired of self-improvement programs that spark hope temporarily, only to collapse under the responsibilities of life, making it difficult to sustain progress and reinforcing the exhausting cycle of starting over.
This 100-day pilot is specifically designed for women who:
Are craving meaningful personal growth
Want more clarity, control, and consistency
Desire connection with like-minded women
Are willing to trust a proven process and show up fully
Are ready to honestly examine their lives, priorities, and patterns
This pilot cohort is intentionally limited to 25 participants.

Please note:
Free does NOT mean casual.If accepted, you are expected to:
Attend the live kickoff session, Saturday, June 20th 9-11 AM, location TBD
Participate in weekly coaching sessions: Virtual 30 minutes
Participate in Pilot Group Support Community
Commit to approximately 30 minutes daily during the pilot, on your time schedule
Complete all required reflection surveys throughout the pilot (before, during, and after program completion)
Show up honestly, even when life feels hard
This pilot is for women ready to prioritize themselves, not perfectly, but intentionally.

Weekly live coaching and accountability support from Dr. Atlas
A personalized 3by100 action plan you construct with coaching
