All activities leaving the normal meeting place must have an activity notification submitted 48 hours beforehand.
You can submit drafts for an activity in advance - you will receive a link to change your submitted answers.
If less than 48hrs notice is given you must:

Please make sure that you are familiar with the changes to activity rules (in particular First Aid) in the September 2022 update to
Policy Organisation & Rules.
Data Protection:
- Responses to this form will be held on Google servers requiring an email / password to log in
- Full responses will be visible to the District Team to monitor quality of programme, and the safety of members.
- Responses by group/unit may be made accessible to the DESC / GSL for line management purposes.
- Anonymised / aggregate data may be used at the discretion of the District Team / District Exec to promote the District and the activities our groups take part in
- Form results will be stored for 3 years (the same as activity permission slips.)
