Queerspace; A safe, non-judgmental space for students to explore and discuss LBGTQIA+ related issues including gender, family, pop culture, identity and expression, and to make connections with others on campus.

CALM; Come And Learn Mindfulness: A workshop series to explore new ways to relax, manage stress and to cultivate compassion for yourself and others.

Surviving Grad School; A safe space to talk with other grad students about balancing graduate school with all of the other demands in life. Explore self care, stress management and relationships.

Connected; A support group for students in recovery from an eating disorder and/or struggling with disordered eating behaviors.

Thriving beyond COVID:Transitioning to college life can be stressful! Learn tips and strategies to help ease the adjustment.
