Parents and Guardians,

We are collecting information on the needs of students for an electronic device. A device is defined as a desktop computer, laptop or tablet. This is for preparing to check out devices to students during the time the district is closed. These devices will be assigned based upon need and availability.

If you do not need a device, please skip the last section and press submit.

Please note, devices checked out to students will be locked down and fully managed, no Netflix - no Hulu, no Amazon Prime, etc... District devices should only be used for school work and active learning.
