2026 WAFM Outdoor Vendor Application
Wolfeboro Area Farmers Market is excited to invite vendors to join us for our 23rd Outdoor Market Season!
 
The 2026 WAFM Outdoor Market will be held at THE NICK, 10 Trotting Track Road, Wolfeboro, NH.  The 2026 main season commences May 14th and finishes October 8th, occurring every Thursday from 11:30am to 2:30pm. This is a Rain or Shine event. Please be aware of our cancellation policy found in the WAFM Terms and Conditions.

We anticipate a competitive vendor application process again this year, particularly in certain categories. Please note that previous participation does not guarantee an approved application. Any questions you may have regarding this application or the market itself may be directed to wolfeborofarmersmarket@gmail.com

Application review process will be on a rolling basis, so please apply as soon as possible. Early applications help us to ensure all products are available, without being over represented.

Alcohol sales are not permitted per The Nick's rules. So we can not accept any alcohol vendors.

Vendor Eligibility: The WAFM Board of Directors strives to bring a unique and balanced blend of products to the market. Approval of applications is based on a combination of factors that include but are not limited to: Vendor history, Vendor type, quality and variety of products,  attractiveness of displays, supporting local agriculture and local producers of agricultural products, and any other considerations that the Board deems reasonably necessary to maintain the quality and success of the market as a whole.

Artisans are allowed, however, they require a separate jurying process. In the application below please upload pictures of your work.  A detailed description of what you intend to bring is very important.

ALL WAFM Vendors are **REQUIRED** to carry a Commercial General Liability Insurance Policy of at least $1,000,000 prior to being allowed to vend. The Certificate Holder information should read “Wolfeboro Area Farmers Market & The Nick, 10 Trotting Track Road, Wolfeboro, NH 03894" as an additional Insured.
Vendors will NOT be allowed to set up at the market if there is no Certificate of Insurance on file.

ALL products offered at the Wolfeboro Area Farmers Market must be grown or produced within the State of NH or within 50 miles of Wolfeboro, NH. No more than 50% of total products offered may be grown or produced by others. Please read the WAFM Terms and Conditions.

What do you sell?  Please be very specific because this will be used to describe your business on social media.  "Vegetables or baked goods" is not specific. If we have to make a choice between two vendors or decide whether to accept both, this question is very important. *

NO Refund Policy - Please Read
In order to run a successful market, there are expenses that must be paid: advertising, insurance, salary of the Market Manager, taxes, etc. Application fees and booth fees help pay for these expenses. Therefore, NO REFUNDS will be issued. If you are not accepted or choose not to attend a market you paid for, then you forfeit the fee paid. If market is cancelled due to extreme weather no refunds for that market will be issued.
