Separation or Divorce is... well, it's hard! And it feels like you are the only one that understands sometimes when you are in the middle of it and trying to hold up the universe as you know it!

BUT this is the thing... we aren't alone!!

I am creating this series so we can tell our stories, support each other, and just be who we are. We are awesome the way we are and we will grow no matter what into the people we are meant to be!

Join me on this empowerment series for both men and women who have been effected by heart break. Who have gone or are going through separation or divorce. Maybe you have kids. Maybe you don't. Maybe you have a civil union. Maybe you were partners. Maybe just a long term relationship. Who ever you are out there, we are here to support you!
