2025 UCSD Summer Math Academy Teacher Application @ Morse HS
**APPLICATIONS ARE CLOSED AT THIS TIME**

This form is for teachers or teacher teams applying for the 2025 UC San Diego Mathematics Project Summer Mathematics Academy to be held at Morse HS. Dates and requirements for participants to receive the full stipend are below. 
  • Teachers applying as a team (of two or more) will be given preference.
  • Each applicant must submit this form by March 28, 2025.
  • Submitting this form does not confirm acceptance.
  • Accepted participants will be notified by April 11, 2025
Requirements for participating teachers to receive the full stipend (see flyer for specific details): 

  1. Actively engage in all Professional Development Days, including follow up PD days.

  2. Participate in a 1-week Summer Math Academy with current 5th–7th grade students 

  3. Contribute to minimal data collection during Summer and Fall 2025

Professional Development Days, 9:00am–3:0pm daily:
  • Wednesday, June 4–Friday, June 6 
  • Saturday, October 4 - Date is Tentative
  • Saturday, January 31 - Date is Tentative
Summer Academy with Students, 8 am–12pm daily:
  • Monday, June 9–Friday, June 13 
  • Friday, June 13 (12pm - 1:30pm) Exit Interviews + Lunch Celebration
