Acknowledgment of Audition Process: I understand that all decisions made by DNA Dance Collective are final. Should I want specific feedback for my child, I will reach out via email. DNA will suggest areas of improvement but will not change our decision. Auditioning for a program such as ours requires an 11 month commitment. Please review the commitment on our website under the Programs tab before auditioning. DNA assumes that your child will participate in the program in its entirety and fulfill the commitment to themselves and their teammates.

Waiver of Liability: Due to the physical nature of dance, I agree to hold harmless DNA Dance Collective, any instructor or owner (Amber Rodriguez, Derek Troy, Danielle Bordeaux) of DNA Dance Collective for any accidents or injuries/bodily harm which may occur while taking classes in the studio before, during or after class time, during a performance, or in an alternative space.
