The Pittsburgh Study Presents 3rd Annual Youth Thriving Summit 2025 Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in hosting a resource table at the upcoming TPS Youth Thriving Summit on April 25, 2025.

Key Event Details:
📌 Free Event – While attendance is free, prior registration is required for proper planning and accommodations.

📌 Resource Fair – The fair will take place in the morning, beginning promptly at 8:00 AM.

📌 Supplying Materials - A team member will contact you directly to coordinate the collection of materials.

📌 Meals Provided – Complimentary breakfast and lunch will be available for all attendees.

📌 Media Consent – Photos and videos will be taken throughout the event under a consent-by-attendance policy. By allowing youth to attend, parents/guardians acknowledge and grant permission for The Pittsburgh Study to capture and use images of their child(ren). Please ensure this information is communicated to parents/guardians and included in student permission slips.
