Accepted vendors will be notified by email and provided 30 days to make payment. All payments must be by ACH / electronic transfer from a bank. No checks are accepted. If appropriate payment is not received by the provided date, your vendor spot opens to the next approved vendor.
Food Vendor Price is $1,800 + $250 refundable deposit and includes a single, standard 220 hookup. Please verify with firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of your plug if needed. Additional electrical hook-ups are available for fee by request.
Approved vendors will receive a 20' x 20' vending space, 6 festival and camping passes for workers and 3 parking passes. Additional passes may be purchased.
Vendor access to water is each day before 9am and after 2am. The only potable water accessible between these times is at water stations for festival attendees.
No vehicles are permitted to park inside the festival. Restocking must be done between 6am and 9am. Cars that are not out by 9am will be towed and the $250 deposit will be forfeited.
Vendors are responsible for cleaning-up and leaving no trace behind. Clean-up must be completed by Sunday at 10am.
The $250 refundable deposit will be 100% refunded if vendors sell what is approved, remove cars by 9am each day and clean-up prior to leaving.
