The Darkley Trust - Application form for individuals

On completion of the project the Trust will require evidence that the project had been accomplished as per application.
The Trust requires verification from a tutor, an agent or a person of authority as well as a detailed budget for the project or application.  

Applications missing either of these WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.  Please send this accompanying information to info@hayclay.co.uk

No applicant successful or unsuccessful may re-apply within ONE calendar year
